SmarterMail 6.0 Upgrade for former VREO Customers!

 We have completed the upgrade to your webmail services. When you log into webmail things are going to look a little different. You will now see a screen like this:


Your login information has not changed! Once you log in using your email address and password you will be able to import all of your saved mail using the instructions we emailed to you last week.

  • User friendly interface and tools
  • Web mail log in using your domain
 

On Monday, November 9th 2009 your email services were upgraded to our new and improved email system: SmarterMail 6 (SM6). Depending on how you currently use email, you should not have to make any changes in order to continue to send and receive email. Please refer to the instructions below to determine whether you will need to make any changes in order to start enjoying the many improvements offered by SM6.

Scenario #1:

Q- What should I do if I use an application (such as Microsoft Outlook or Mac Mail) on my computer to send and receive mail?

A- You will NOT have to make ANY changes at all in order to continue sending and receiving email using your desktop email client (such as MS Outlook or Mac Mail).

Scenario #2:

Q- What should I do if I use my web browser to send and receive email by logging into http://mail.vreo.com? (Using a web browser to access mail is referred to as using "webmail".)

A- In order to send and receive any new mail, you will NOT have to make any changes at all. However, if you have been storing email on http://mail.vreo.com (AKA Zimbra), you will have to follow a few simple steps in order to copy your historic email from the old mail server (Zimbra) to the new one.

If you determine that you are storing historic email on the old server, please download, print and follow these instructions (
download email migration instructions). Following these simple steps will copy your old mail from the old mail server (Zimbra) to the new one (SM6). Finally, you will still be able to access your email using: mail.vreo.com, however, we encourage you to start using the alternate:
http://Mail.YourMLSsearch.com since mail.vreo.com will be phased out in the upcoming months.
