This is especially helpful because it allows you to get to know your leads beyond the basic level of figuring out what they may be looking for. Lead Profiles allow you to see which homes a lead has been viewing, what searches they’re performing and more.

Contacting Leads

When it comes to establishing your real estate business, one of the most important things you can do is make sure you’re keeping in touch with all your leads and providing what they need. While this can be a difficult task, it’s made significantly easier by using Vision to manage your leads.

With Vision, you have two different options when it comes to engaging with your leads. Your first option is to send a message to one of your leads. By doing this, you can communicate a lot of information to a single lead in a short amount of time. However, it’s important to make sure you’re conveying information briefly when it comes to messages because you want to get the point across without losing your lead in the process.

Your other option when it comes to engaging leads is sending a listing. All you have to do to send a listing is go to a lead’s profile and click “Recommend a Listing.” From here, you can recommend a particular listing using the MLS # or the address of the listing. That way, you don’t have to worry about finding the right words to engage a lead properly.
