When was the last time you spoke to your lead online?

Nurturing leads is an important part of being an Intelligent Agent, and Vision makes that process easier. If you haven’t been speaking to your leads online often enough, here’s how you can use Vision to change that.

Lead Profiles

One of the best features in Vision is the Intelligence profile. The profile allows you to look at all the information you need to know about a lead. To get started, all you have to do is find a lead you want interact with. Next, to view the lead profile click on their name in Vision. In addition, you can also search for a lead in the Lead Manager or with the search bar. This will bring you to their profile. The profile is where you can store contact information, see the searches performed and listings viewed by a lead, send messages and more.

Sending a Message

Now that you know how to locate your leads in Vision, you can start worrying about using Vision to communicate with leads. Thankfully, lead profiles simply allow you to click a button and send a message. This allows you to interact with your leads without wasting too much time. From here, you can find an activity post that you want to message them about and click “Send a message about this activity.” This will bring up a text box where you can type your message before clicking post. It is that simple!

Sending a Listing

Messages are a good way to communicate with leads. However, sometimes it’s more effective to recommend a listing to a lead. You can determine which listings to send the lead based on their searches performed and listings viewed. If you notice a lead has looked at various 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom homes, you can send them a listing with a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom listing they haven’t looked at yet.

To recommend a listing, all you have to do is open the lead’s profile. Next, click the “Send Listing” button at the top of the lead’s profile to recommend a listing. From here, you can add a listing by MLS # or home address. Finally, you can add a personal message if you want to inviting them to check out this home.
